A significant law enforcement operation led to the capture of Haobijam Dilip Singh, a major figure in the banned insurgent group Kangleipak Communist Party, in Delhi. This was confirmed by officials on Thursday as a collaborative effort by the Special Cell of Delhi Police, Manipur Police, and central agencies.
Subsequent investigations based on Singh's interrogation resulted in the discovery of a large arsenal in Kakching district, Manipur, where security forces seized numerous weapons and explosives. Authorities are now assessing whether there were plans targeting Delhi or other metropolitan areas.
