Six Arrested in Hyderabad Advocate's Death Linked to Property Disputes

Hyderabad police have arrested six individuals in connection with the murder of advocate Khaza Moizuddin, allegedly due to an ongoing dispute over Waqf properties. Surveillance footage revealed a deliberate hit-and-run incident. Long-standing legal battles fueled the conspiracy, leading to premeditated actions by Mujahid Alam Khan and associates.

In a significant development, Hyderabad police announced the arrest of six individuals involved in the murder of advocate Khaza Moizuddin. The incident, linked to a heated dispute over Waqf properties, took place last week.

The police investigation unveiled that the family of accused Mujahid Alam Khan held long-standing grievances against Moizuddin, stemming from numerous legal cases. Surveillance footage captured a carefully orchestrated hit-and-run, with a green SUV deliberately targeting Moizuddin as he approached his parked car. The alleged perpetrators, including Mujahid Alam Khan, collaborated to plan and execute the attack for a contract worth Rs 15 lakh. The plot involved multiple associates conducting surveillance and securing logistics to eliminate Moizuddin.
