Uttar Pradesh Provides Rs 5 Lakh Aid to Family of Murdered Baghpat Resident
The Uttar Pradesh government has extended financial aid worth Rs 5 lakh to the family of a murdered man in Baghpat, while ensuring thorough investigation and justice for the crime.

The Uttar Pradesh government has granted a sum of Rs 5 lakh to the family of Chandrapal, a man who was tragically murdered in Baghpat district, in a gesture of support from the Chief Minister Relief Fund, as detailed in an official statement released on Sunday.
In response to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's directives, senior BJP representative Rajkumar Sangwan and state minister KP Malik, along with officials, visited Hilwari village where the incident occurred. During their visit, they delivered the financial aid to the bereaved family and promised ongoing governmental support.
Highlighting the government's commitment, Sangwan stated, "The Yogi Adityanath government stands with the affected family in this difficult time and every possible help will be provided." He assured the public that officials are ensuring the family avails all government welfare benefits.
Following the gruesome incident on May 25, swift justice was sought by the Chief Minister, leading to the arrest of the accused, Bablu and Ravindra, on May 27. Authorities have committed to a fair investigation, aiming for stringent punishment for those culpable.
