Technology Must Reach Every Citizen: Harivansh at AMU Lecture

Speaking at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Shri Harivansh highlighted how technological progress can become a catalyst for meaningful social transformation when its benefits reach every section of society.

Delivering the prestigious Sir Syed Ahmad Memorial Lecture, Shri Harivansh addressed students, scholars, academics, researchers, and public intellectuals on the theme "Role of Technology in Social Change: Indian Perspective." The annual lecture, organised by the Sir Syed Academy, honours the legacy of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan and his contributions to education, social reform, and intellectual advancement.

During his address, Harivansh connected the ideas of technological progress with Sir Syed's enduring belief in modern education and scientific thinking, describing both as essential ingredients for national development in a rapidly changing world.

Sir Syed's Vision Remains Relevant in the Digital Age
