Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath will inaugurate the state's first air cargo terminal at Raja Bhoj Airport in Bhopal on February 10, a state minister said on Wednesday. The old terminal building of Raja Bhoj Airport has been developed into an air cargo terminal and the chief minister will inaugurate this facility on February 10, the state's public relations minister P C Sharma said.
The facility will provide much needed connectivity to Bhopal for shipping cargo to all major metropolitan cities in the country, the minister said. Moreover, the facility will also promote industrial growth and invite investment in the state, besides generating employment in the air cargo sector, he added..
