No Ukrainian-style crisis should be repeated in Asia, says China foreign minister

Chinese foreign minister Qin Gang on Tuesday said a crisis like that in Ukraine should not be repeated in Asia.

Speaking to reporters at an annual parliament meeting, Qin also said the Indo-Pacific strategy by the United States is an attempt to form "exclusive cliques" that hurts the interests of regional countries.

He also said any attempt to encircle China is bound to fail.
