Ukraine's Zelenskiy proposes extension to gas export ban

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has proposed an extension to the government's export ban on Ukrainian natural gas for the whole of 2024, a presidential decree said on Tuesday.
The export ban was introduced soon after Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 and was then extended to cover 2023.
