Germany's Scholz: EU deal on Ukraine aid sends good message to Biden

EU leaders agreeing to extend 50 billion euros ($54 billion) in aid to Ukraine sends a good message to the U.S., Germany's Olaf Scholz told reporters on Thursday.
He added he hopes this will make U.S. President Joe Biden's efforts in this direction easier.
