TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu announced on Wednesday that his party remains firmly within the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Confirming his attendance at the crucial NDA meeting in New Delhi later in the day, Naidu underscored the strategic importance of this convergence.

Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan is also set to participate in the meeting, following the NDA's triumphant performance in both the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh. When questioned about his agenda in Delhi, Naidu remarked, ''We are in NDA. I am going for an NDA meeting. In the course of time, if there is anything, we will report to you.''

The gathering of senior leaders from the BJP-led NDA aims to evaluate the Lok Sabha election results and strategize the formation of the new government. With TDP and Janasena securing significant victories—16 and two Lok Sabha seats respectively—their role at the Centre becomes pivotal. Naidu emphasized the state's distress over the past five years, alluding to systemic and economic turmoil. He also highlighted political impermanence, pointing out that while countries and democracies endure, power remains transient.
