Kerala Government Mocked Over 'Untruthful' Progress Report

The Congress-led UDF and BJP criticized the Kerala government’s progress report, labeling it as deceptive and untruthful. The BJP accused Kerala Chief Minister of releasing the report without addressing the state’s ongoing problems and alleged financial mismanagement.

The opposition Congress-led UDF on Saturday dismissed the progress report released by the LDF government in Kerala, calling it a 'joke' filled with 'untruths, exaggerations, and falsehoods.'

The BJP echoed similar sentiments, criticizing the report for claiming significant progress while people still struggle with high unemployment and inadequate social security and welfare pensions.

BJP leader V. Muraleedharan compared Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's situation to a student who has scored zero in all subjects, yet shamelessly released the progress report while blaming the central government for Kerala's problems.
