Putin Declares Collapse of Western Security Model

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the world has reached a critical juncture due to the collapse of the Western model of global security. Speaking to Russian Foreign Ministry officials, he blamed Washington for undermining global security through its withdrawal from arms treaties.

Putin, who was speaking at a meeting with Russian Foreign Ministry officials, accused Washington of undermining global security because of its exit from arms pacts.
