In a recent video message, Pawar emphasized his dedication to his party and the people’s welfare, dismissing corruption allegations as politically motivated attacks.

Pawar’s call for backing arrives as the Mahayuti alliance—comprising BJP, NCP, and Shiv Sena—grapples with the aftermath of its disappointing performance in the recent Lok Sabha elections. The alliance secured only 17 of Maharashtra's 48 seats, with the BJP's tally dropping significantly.
