U.S. President Joe Biden announced on Thursday that he currently sees no reason to hold discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin unless Putin makes significant changes to his behavior.

Speaking at a solo news conference that concluded the NATO summit, Biden remarked, "Putin's got a problem" due to Russia's lack of success in its two-and-a-half-year-long war against Ukraine.

"I have no good reason to talk to Putin right now," Biden reiterated.
