The meeting will be attended by the party's national president JP Nadda, while Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, initially scheduled to attend, will be absent due to health concerns, according to Odisha BJP President Manmohan Samal.

State Vice President Biranchi Tripathy noted that coordinators for assembly and Lok Sabha constituencies, district presidents, officials of various fronts, chief ministers, state ministers, MLAs, MPs, and union ministers from the state will participate in the meeting. The agenda includes discussing the political landscape, welfare programs, and drafting a roadmap for the state's development.
