Mexico City, July 29 (Reuters) - Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador declared on Monday that Mexico will only recognize the winner of Venezuela's presidential election after complete official results are reported.

Venezuela's national electoral authority has published a graphic showing President Nicolas Maduro leading with 80% of the votes counted.

However, both Maduro and opposition candidate Edmundo Gonzalez have claimed victory, amid skepticism from Washington and other foreign governments. "If the electoral authority confirms this trend, we will recognize the government elected by the people of Venezuela, because that is democracy," said Lopez Obrador in his press conference.
