The Samajwadi Party is launching a month-long campaign targeting students and youths from backward and minority communities in Uttar Pradesh as part of its 'PDA' strategy, which previously led to success in the Lok Sabha polls.
Named ''PDA-Chhatra, Navjawan Jagrukta Abhiyan,'' the campaign will run from August 9 to September 10 and focus on issues pertinent to the youth. The party plans to distribute pamphlets highlighting their achievements and future plans, while gathering student feedback on issues like employment, educational resources, and reservation policies.
Party leaders emphasize this initiative as a means to strengthen their cadre base and prepare for the 2027 assembly elections and upcoming bypolls. Suggestions from students will help shape the party's youth policies, and student conferences will recognize teacher and student excellence.
