The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday unveiled a roster of 40 prominent campaigners for the October 5 Haryana Assembly polls. Spearheading the list is Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, along with his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann and Haryana unit chief Sushil Gupta.
With AAP opting to contest the Haryana elections independently after unsuccessful seat-sharing talks with the Congress, the party has also named senior leaders like Raghav Chadha and Sanjay Singh as part of its campaign strategy.
In addition to political heavyweights, Kejriwal’s wife, Sunita Kejriwal, is also set to campaign for AAP as the party seeks to improve its performance in the state polls.
