Organised at Zainakote by Pradesh Congress Committee president Tariq Hamid Karra, who is contesting from the Central-Shalteng assembly segment, the rally saw thousands of enthusiastic Congress workers and supporters, including many women, greet Gandhi with high-pitched slogans.
