Tensions Flare Along LoC as Ceasefire Violations Increase

The altercation comes after two Indian soldiers, including a captain, fell victim to an IED explosion in Jammu's Akhnoor sector, a development suspected to be orchestrated by terrorists. Despite renewing the ceasefire in February 2021, such violations along the LoC remain rare.
