China Advocates for Europe's Role in Ukraine Peace Talks

Amid escalating tensions in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi has underscored the necessity for comprehensive participation in peace talks, particularly highlighting Europe's role.
During his address at the Munich Security Conference, Wang Yi advocated for inclusive dialogue, emphasizing that all stakeholders should engage in negotiations. The Foreign Minister noted China's positive stance on any peace efforts, including those between the U.S. and Russia.
Amid discussions, concerns rise among European nations regarding potential U.S.-Russia agreements marginalizing their involvement. Meanwhile, Ukraine asserts its right to active participation, rejecting any decisions made by Moscow and Washington without its consent.
