In efforts to bolster Uttar Pradesh's development and maintain stringent law and order, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak affirmed the state government's unwavering commitment during a recent cabinet meeting. He underscored the strategic priority placed on the state's progress and security, critical given Uttar Pradesh's vastness and population density.

Discussions during the meeting also highlighted agricultural advancements, with Minister Anil Rajbhar revealing that the government deliberated on procuring wheat at a revised Minimum Support Price of Rs 2425. The focus is to ensure timely payments to farmers, pivotal for the state's agricultural economy.

The meeting addressed numerous infrastructure projects, including the construction of Ballia Medical College. Minister Sanjay Kumar Nishad confirmed directives aimed at improving farmers' welfare, while Minister Ashish Patel detailed over 15 decisions focused on Noida's development and medical endeavors in Ballia.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a site visit to the Major Dhyanchand Sports University in Meerut. He stressed the university's role in promoting sports in western Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi also highlighted Meerut's developmental strides under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, emphasizing its rapid rail service and the nearing completion of the Ganga Expressway, enhancing connectivity within the region.
