Modi Honored with Mauritius' Highest Award

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be conferred with Mauritius' highest honor, The Grand Commander of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean. This award highlights Modi's efforts in strengthening India-Mauritius ties and marks his 21st international accolade from a foreign nation.

In a significant diplomatic gesture, Mauritian Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to receive the nation's highest honor, The Grand Commander of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean. This accolade underscores Modi's pivotal role in fortifying the relationship between India and Mauritius.

Modi stands as the first Indian leader to be bestowed with this prestigious title, adding another feather to his cap of international recognitions. This marks the 21st such award from a foreign nation.
