The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has intensified its scrutiny over the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Delhi regarding their commitment to supply free cooking gas cylinders to women during Holi.
In a press conference, AAP leader Atishi questioned whether the BJP and Chief Minister Rekha Gupta would deliver on their electoral promise or if it would turn out to be another unfulfilled pledge, similar to the Rs 2,500 financial aid to women.
BJP's Delhi president, Virendra Sachdeva, emphasized their planned execution of promised aid, highlighting the sanctioned funds of Rs 5,100 crore, while dismissing AAP's claims as politically motivated and misleading.
