On Wednesday, Pakistan briefed Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong about the escalating tensions with India, sparked by recent developments.
In retaliation for the Pahalgam terror attack, India carried out missile strikes on nine terror targets in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, targeting locations like Bhawalpur, reportedly a Jaish-e-Mohammad stronghold. The strikes have added fuel to an already tense situation.
