Karnataka's 'Tiranga Yatra': A March for Unity with Armed Forces

The Karnataka Congress has unveiled plans for a 'Tiranga Yatra' scheduled for May 9, aimed at demonstrating solidarity with the Indian armed forces. This move follows the forces' recent 'Operation Sindoor' against the Pahalgam terror attack.
The procession will run from 9:30 to 10:30 am, starting at KR Circle and concluding at Minsk Square near the Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium in Bengaluru.
Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar announced that this yatra, led by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, invites participation from political leaders, activists, citizens, government and private sector employees, as well as writers and filmmakers.
