On Thursday, Pakistan announced that it has not received any requests for military assistance from Iran in the ongoing conflict with Israel, although it reiterates its support for Iran's right to self-defense.
Foreign Office spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan affirmed Pakistan's moral backing of Iran and condemned Israeli aggression, emphasizing adherence to international law and the UN Charter.
Efforts for a negotiated resolution were highlighted, with regional discussions led by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, who engaged with various foreign ministers to stress the risks of escalating tensions.
