In a significant political development, prominent actress Khushbu Sundar has been appointed as the vice president of the Tamil Nadu BJP. The announcement came from the state president, Nainar Nagenthran.

While several former MPs, including VP Duraisamy and KP Ramalingam, retain their roles, Sundar's appointment adds fresh energy to the party's leadership. Additionally, Kesava Vinayakan remains as the State general secretary (Organisation), with Prof Raama Sreenivsan and Karate R Thiagarajan continuing in their roles as state general secretary and state secretary, respectively.

The latest appointments, including a total of 45 state office-bearers, highlight a blend of continuity and new leadership within the Tamil Nadu BJP.
