The Voter Adhikar Yatra in Bihar resumed on Thursday, as announced by RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. He informed the public that Rahul Gandhi would return from Delhi in the afternoon.

The rally at Sheikhpura district saw participation from CPI(ML) Liberation general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya, Bihar Congress president Rajesh Kumar, and Vikassheel Insan Party chief Mukesh Sahni. Yadav expressed gratitude towards Rahul Gandhi for dedicating time to the cause despite his commitments to the vice president's election.

Tejashwi Yadav, who is prominently positioned within the INDIA bloc, accused the Nitish Kumar government of lacking vision and claimed instances of vote 'theft' during electoral roll revision. He led the crowd in chanting against alleged electoral malpractice.
