Kejriwal's Conspiracy Allegations Against BJP: AAP's Fiery Rebuttal
The Aam Aadmi Party has accused the BJP of conspiring to remove Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. This accusation follows Amit Shah's remarks about the appropriateness of leaders, accused of serious crimes, governing from jail. AAP alleges this move is part of a larger plan to impose a 'dictatorship'.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has fiercely countered Union Home Minister Amit Shah's comments on legislative measures addressing the removal of key political figures such as the prime minister and chief ministers. This move comes amid accusations from AAP that the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) orchestrated efforts to unseat Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Responding to Shah's assertions that officials facing severe criminal allegations should not govern from jail, Kejriwal raised concerns about leaders welcoming convicted criminals into their ranks. He suggested that those who falsely accuse others should also face repercussions. AAP leader Anurag Dhanda alleges that these developments are indicative of the BJP's aim to establish an autocracy by undermining opposition-led states.
Despite criticisms, including Shah maintaining AAP leader Satyendar Jain's prolonged incarceration, Dhanda emphasized that governance issues in Delhi like waterlogging and school fee hikes persist. He questions whether governance is truly about location or intent, suggesting deeper systemic issues within the capital's administration.
