Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy declared on Tuesday that discussions between Ukrainian and European officials regarding a ceasefire plan are scheduled for the end of the week.
Zelenskiy emphasized that a ceasefire plan is crucial before any steps toward ending the war can be taken. "It is a plan to initiate diplomatic conversations," he explained during a media briefing.
Advisers from both sides have agreed to meet on Friday or Saturday to finalize the plan's details, marking a significant step towards initiating diplomatic talks.
