Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav has voiced a firm commitment to maintaining his party's alliance with Congress despite setbacks in recent elections, emphasizing efforts to unify all coalition partners.
In a recent press conference, Yadav accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of attempting to manipulate voter data in Uttar Pradesh through a mapping app developed by a donor company. He highlighted the risk of deleting millions of voters and criticized the app's accuracy and intentions.
The SP leader also underscored the need for the Election Commission to foster greater voter participation through technology, rather than focusing on voter deletion. He advocated for linking Aadhar to the voter list to ensure accurate electoral rolls and promote fair election processes.
