Preparations for a public meeting led by Tamilaga Vettri Kazhgam (TVK) chief Vijay near Vijayamangalam on December 18 are already in full swing, according to the party's Chief Coordinator, K A Sengottaiyan.
The rally is set for 11 am to 1 pm at a 16-acre private temple site near the local tollgate, though formal approval from HR&CE is pending. Sengottaiyan expressed optimism about obtaining the necessary permissions, citing the fulfillment of 84 police conditions.
