The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) election votes are set to be counted from 10 am on Friday, as announced by civic commissioner Bhushan Gagrani.
While voting took place Thursday across BMC and 28 other municipal corporations in Maharashtra, Gagrani highlighted the logistical challenge posed by the short interval between polling and counting, hinting at a possible delay in declaring the results.
Commissioner Gagrani noted that results might take an hour longer to be announced, attributing this to the condensed timeline between voting activities.
