Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi sharply criticized the RSS and BJP on Monday for allegedly seeking to centralize power, reiterating the party's dedication to decentralization and grassroots democracy.
During a Mahapanchayat of newly elected Congress local body members, Gandhi praised the 73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendments for empowering local governance while condemning the NDA government's actions against the MGNREGA.
