Located in Chandimandir, Panchkula, the Western Command headquarters was a focal point for comprehensive briefings covering operational preparedness, the Indian Army's legacy, and the execution of Operation Sindoor. The US delegation acknowledged the pivotal role of the Indian Army in regional stability and nation-building.
