Tamil Nadu Assembly Mourns Loss of Prominent Leaders

The Tamil Nadu Assembly expressed its condolences on Wednesday for the tragic death of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
The solemn session began with Speaker M Appavu reading a resolution mourning the loss of Pawar, the national president of the Nationalist Congress Party, who perished in a plane crash near Baramati on January 28.
The assembly also honored the memory of former Legislative Assembly members N Sundaram, K Lingamuthu, and renowned educationist S S Rajagopalan by observing two minutes of silence as a tribute to their contributions and lives.
