Lavrov described Cuba as 'a brotherly nation' and emphasized the importance of common sense and responsibility from the U.S. in resolving its differences with Havana.
He rejected accusations against the cooperation between Russia and Cuba and underscored Russia's commitment to assisting Cuba amid challenges, including the provision of oil.
