Addressing constituents, Adhikari expressed confidence in his party's electoral chances, stating that the BJP has empowered him to improve the area if elected. Promising a 'double-engine government,' the former Lok Sabha MP emphasized the BJP's commitment to the region's growth.
West Bengal is gearing up for a keenly contested election, with polling scheduled for April 23 and 29. The results, slated for announcement on May 4, will see the TMC seeking a fourth consecutive term while the BJP aims to capitalize on its previous strong showing.
