The Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), a significant part of the United Democratic Front (UDF) in Kerala, has expressed concerns regarding ongoing public debates about the coalition's Chief Minister candidate.
IUML leader P M A Salam voiced his opinion that such discussions should remain private to avoid causing dissatisfaction among the alliance's workers and the public.
He emphasized that the IUML respects the Congress party's ability to make informed leadership decisions and that the IUML will support Congress's eventual choice for the CM position without seeking any specific ministerial posts.
