Both nations strive for careful coordination despite differing views.
South Korea's national security adviser has reassured that the alliance with the United States is not under threat despite recent tensions. The friction stems from a dispute involving the U.S.-listed e-commerce firm Coupang Inc., impacting security consultations between the two nations.
