Speaking in Mandi Gobindgarh, Saini emphasized the need for decisive leadership prioritizing public welfare and aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a developed India.
Saini highlighted the political and economic challenges facing Punjab, such as the power crisis and policy instability, which he claimed have deterred industrial growth. In contrast, he praised Haryana's industrial policies, including a new policy formulated in consultation with industrialists, and touted Haryana as an investor-friendly state with its new 'Land Feasibility Certificate' and 'Udyog-Shramik Maitri Parishad.'
