Mizoram's Home Minister, K Sapdanga, has voiced his concern over the low participation of Mizos in central government jobs, specifically pointing to areas like the Civil Services and the Staff Selection Commission (SSC).
In a recent address at the 'Career Fair', he emphasized the need for greater representation to boost regional influence within New Delhi. Citing the importance of having Mizo officials in national cadres, Sapdanga urged parents and students to actively pursue these roles.
He praised the Career Fair as a 'valuable initiative' for guiding and informing the youth about career opportunities, stressing the importance of collective action to enhance competitiveness on a national level.
