The DMK's organizing secretary, R.S. Bharati, refuted these claims, accusing Shanmugam of manufacturing division within his own ranks by spreading such unfounded allegations.
Bharati reinforced the stance of DMK president M.K. Stalin, emphasizing that DMK remains dedicated to its role as an opposition party, as previously clarified after the election results were declared.
