West Bengal minister Dilip Ghosh lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's role in maintaining India's safety amid widespread geopolitical instability. Highlighting this amidst the ongoing West Asia crisis, Ghosh noted India's unique position of security and celebration compared to the global chaos, during remarks in Kolkata.
Referring to economic concerns, Ghosh mentioned stable fuel prices and alerted people to the precarious global situation. Earlier, Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu supported PM Modi's plan to bolster India's foreign exchange reserves amid energy crises and rising fuel-related challenges stemming from international conflicts.
Both leaders echoed PM Modi's recent appeal for national self-reliance, urging steps such as remote work, reduced fuel and import usage, and a shift toward local products and natural farming, to strengthen the nation's resilience and reduce environmental impact.
