Rangasamy Returns: A Fifth Term for Puducherry's Political Veteran

N Rangasamy took the oath as Puducherry's Chief Minister for the fifth term, joined by Malladi Krishan Rao and A Namassivayam as ministers in the AINRC-led NDA government. The oath ceremony was administered by Lt Governor K Kailashnathan with BJP leaders Nitin Nabin and BL Santhosh in attendance.

Veteran political strategist N Rangasamy was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Puducherry for an unprecedented fifth time. Witnessed by BJP leaders, the memorable ceremony saw Rangasamy pledging in the name of God.

Alongside him, Malladi Krishan Rao and A Namassivayam also took oaths as ministers in the AINRC-led coalition government. Lt Governor K Kailashnathan administered the oaths, marking a new chapter for the region's leadership.

The NDA secured victory in the recent elections, ensuring Rangasamy's continuation in office. President Droupadi Murmu confirmed his appointment, adding to the legitimacy of this political transition in Puducherry.
