Latvia lawmaker Kulbergs says he will form four-party government

​Latvian ‌opposition lawmaker Andris ​Kulbergs ‌of the United List party said ‌on Monday ‌he would form a four-party government ⁠coalition, ​after ⁠the previous ruling coalition ⁠collapsed this month, ​although the parties ⁠had not yet ⁠signed ​an agreement.
