Tamil Nadu Congress MP Christopher Tilak addressed rumors regarding the rescheduling of a meeting between Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay and senior party leaders Sonia and Rahul Gandhi. He explained that the postponement was due to the leaders' busy schedules and not any issues within the alliance.

Tilak confirmed that Vijay plans to visit New Delhi again on June 11, specifically to meet Sonia and Rahul Gandhi. The initial delay arose from urgent matters requiring the top leaders' attention, including discussions with Karnataka leaders and deliberations on Rajya Sabha seats from Jharkhand.

Tilak reassured coalition stability, emphasizing the positive relationship between Congress and its allies. He highlighted that Rahul Gandhi had actively supported Vijay during his inauguration, dispelling any rumors about disagreements within the partnership.
