AIADMK's R B Udhayakumar has strongly criticized claims by TVK's Aadhav Arjuna about defections within the AIADMK ranks. He warned Arjuna of 'severe political consequences' should any actions continue to undermine the party's cohesion by enticing its members away.
Accusing Arjuna of lacking solid political ideals, Udhayakumar stated that his attempts to wield power through financial incentives are futile. He pointed out that AIADMK's two-crore-strong membership remains loyal, committed, and ready to respond to any perceived ideological threats.
Underscoring AIADMK's electoral strength, Udhayakumar noted that the party's grassroots is a formidable force against any political maneuvering. He urged Arjuna to be wary of underestimating their resilience under Edappadi K Palaniswami's leadership.
