Germany's Merz urges Israel to show restraint in Lebanon, calls on Hezbollah to disarm

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has called on Israel to exercise restraint in its campaign in southern Lebanon, urging Hezbollah to lay down its arms amid a three-month war.
