Merkel is fine, spokesman says, after chancellor seen shaking

Angela Merkel is fine, a spokesman for the German government said on Wednesday after the chancellor was seen shaking for the third time within weeks as she met Finnish Prime Minister Antti Rinne.

The spokesman said discussions with Rinne were continuing as planned.
